I spent four days at AAPNA ADDA in July, and I have come back with a lot more than a good break.

The place does a lot of the work on its own. Rooms that are genuinely comfortable, food that never once became an afterthought, a pool that pulled everyone in at the end of the day, and enough quiet corners for a real conversation to happen. But what has stayed with me is the company. A room full of CEOs and founders, every one of them warm and open, and something to take away from almost every exchange.

That does not happen by accident. Someone thought carefully about how the days would flow, what the games would do to a group of strangers, and where people would end up sitting after dinner. The fun we had was designed, even if it never felt like it.

Aapna ADDA (Goa) was a really special experience for me. I spent Friday to Sunday with Abhijeet and the group, and what stayed with me most was the warmth and personal connect throughout the event. Abhijeet’s hospitality was amazing, and I genuinely felt inspired by the way he brought everyone together.

From walking on the beach to having lunch and dinner together, there were so many simple but memorable moments. The problem-solving sessions were also very meaningful for me. I openly discussed some of my own business challenges, and I really appreciated how everyone listened, shared their thoughts, and genuinely tried to help.

The people I met were extremely friendly and open, and I came back feeling inspired and refreshed.

We’ll Be Back! Our group of two couples and eight colleagues had the trip of a lifetime exploring South Goa, and this stay was the perfect home base. The property itself is an absolute gem. A secluded, peaceful retreat nestled in tranquility, far from any noise or crowds. It felt just like home, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our big group. From the breezy balcony’s for sunset, chats to the spacious common areas perfect for group hangs, every detail screamed comfort and care!

it just didn’t meet our expectations it exceeded, the surroundings were so peaceful, it was walking distance from the beach! and the interior was far better than in the pics !!!
We literally thought of extending our stay just to spend time on the property! The caretaker Ranjith was so helpful, cooking delicious meals and helping with whatsoever!

We just got back to Kolkata after the most memorable few days with our closest friends at ADDA — and the stay itself was the reason the whole trip worked. The house was spotless, in perfect condition, with every facility we needed thought through down to the plugs and cables. The pool area became our favourite hangout, the barbecue was superb, and we even took the bicycles out. Sadanand ji was wonderful, and the house was kept beautifully tidy throughout.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the hall gave us perfect family movie time, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our favorite meals together. The highlight for my kids was the swimming pool—they swam every day and loved every moment.

ADDA really feels like our own home—a place to find peace, recharge, and realign before getting back to everyday life.

The AAPNA Family Retreat was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. Spending quality time my family, away from the usual routine, gave us a chance to connect on a more personal level. The activities, laughter, and togetherness created moments that I will cherish for a long time. The kids also enjoyed a lot, especially in the swimming pool. My son is already missing it and keeps asking, “When are we going to ADDA next time?” One of the most special moments for me was when we cooked together and we sat down to eat as one big family—it truly made the day unforgettable.

I have just had the most memorable few days with my closest friends in Goa. The main reason it was such an amazing trip was because of where we stayed – at ADDA. It was the perfect environment for us to relax and reconnect. The house was in tip-top condition. It was spotless, and it had all the facilities we needed. All the plugs and cables were a very useful and necessary feature. The pool area was a great hangout for us, and the barbecue we had there was superb. We used the bicycles also. Sadanand ji was very helpful, and the housekeeping staff kept things very tidy. Please thank them both.

Had my first retreat with the Senior Leadership team at AAPNA ADDA, and I must say—it’s an incredible discovery and a great achievement! The way it’s built is simply amazing, making it a perfect fit for corporate and startup retreats. During the retreat, we had some intense brainstorming sessions on AI initiatives and explored various strategies for business growth. And, of course, being in Goa, we made sure to party hard! A big shoutout to Abhijit for ensuring that our glasses were never empty. Kudos to Rakhi as well for her exceptional hospitality and a fantastic presentation on HR!

The leadership retreat at ADDA wasn’t just an event—it was an experience! From the moment we arrived, there was an electrifying energy in the air. Every detail, from the multi-country adaptor for charging multiple devices to the strategically placed water bottles, showed an unmatched level of thoughtfulness. The swimming pool became the heart of the retreat, and the sunrise and sunset walks on the beach felt like moments straight out of a dream. The rooms? Absolute comfort! The mattresses? Like sleeping on a cloud! ADDA is THE place for leadership retreats, offsites, and maybe even key client engagements. Can’t wait for the next one!

The retreat at AAPNA Adda was more than expected, It was a something I can’t forget throughout my life and I am already missing ADDA as I am back now, The facilities was 5 star rather I would say it was more than 5 star.
